The European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) annually awards the best services, products, and business ideas using satellite navigation in everyday life, spurring the development of respective market-driven applications across Europe and beyond. Since 2004, the international innovation competition serves as accelerating instrument for entrepreneurs and startups, providing Europe with unique novelties. It supports innovative ideas at each development stage, with the objective to turn them into business. More than 11,500 developers took part in the ESNC offering an overall prize pool worth 20 million EUR for more than 300 winners.
The Copernicus Masters is an international competition with the objective to drive Copernicus User Uptake of Earth observation (EO) data and thus respective business cases.
